2020 has been a very tough year for most of us. Many of us are still under some sort of lockdown. We have had to spend most of our days at home, trying to adapt to working and learning remotely. The disruptions to our daily lives, not to mention the very real health risks we are facing as a society, is itself a big source of stress.
 
When we are stressed, it’s easy to become negative, to block out connections with both loved ones and yourself. We become either agitated and impulsive, or tired and numb. We have observed this amongst people around us, and noticed this trend happening around the world. As educators and researchers promoting psychological well-being, we felt a calling to do something about this.
 
Thus, we at XUAN 劉軒 and 軒言文創 SoundShine have created a “mind-body toolkit,” designed to help you calm the mind, listen to signals in your body, find your window of tolerance, and adjust your daily routine to better adapt to stress.
 
📌This toolkit comes in 3 parts, each can be used separately, or, they can be used together as a 3-step program. The tools are based on scientific research and established psychological concepts. They are designed to be easy to use and can be totally self guided.

We hope that you will find these tools effective, and you are more than welcome to share these tools with your colleagues, classmates, loved ones, or anyone else you feel is in need of some guidance in these extraordinary times.
